My career in property legal plans started in 2007.  My background is producing legal documents for the UK Government, the UK Land Registry and UK local authorities. I produce Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans, Local Authority Licensing Plans, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), 2D & 3D property plans, property compliance reports, Fire Regulation Plans, Building Regulation scaled plans and land division plans 

I am based London & Sussex.  I have associates throughout the South East of England.
